You cannot realistically blame all the geopolitical activities over the years as an excuse for the breakdown of PR society. There is every incentive to leave here and no incentive to stay. The US government does not govern PR. The corrupt government of PR is completely to blame for the current sad state of affairs just like the officials of Detroit are held accountable for their mistakes. All PR needs is a fiscally conservative government that is transparent to the people and to abolish the welfare state that has driven this small island into despair.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
