We received the following e-mail last night in our general inbox. Is it a
level-headed and dispassionate analysis of Puerto Rico's current fiscal
crisis? It must be...

YOU TRASH PEOPLE BREED LIKE RABBITS AND WANT TO LIVE
OFF THE PUBLIC TIT BECAUSE YOU ARE LAZY AND UNEDUCATED
!!! THE MOST SEVERE BRUTAL AUSTERITY MEASURES MUST BE
IMPLEMENTED AT ALL COST !! DONT THINK THE RICH USA PEOPLE
WILL HELP BECUSE WE DONT GIVE A FUCK SAME AS GREECE !!
DONT COME TO THE USA FOR JOBS UNLESS YOU HAVE JOBS SKILLS,
SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH AND ARE WELL EDUCATED !! THERE ARE
PRISON CELLS WAITING FOR THOSE WHO COME TO OUR GREAT USA

Wow. Other than exclamation points, there wasn't a single instance of
punctuation in the above rant. Between that and the ALL CAPS, one has
to wonder if this email serves as yet another example of the deficiency of
mental health services in the U.S. Anyway, if any of you folks in Puerto
Rico take issue with the above opinions, feel free to send this intellectual
luminary a friendly message. Or if you have an opinion you want to share
