Temecula, CA – Commercial Solar Power (CSP) announced today that it has filed
criminal complaints against the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and other
third parties.  CSP alleges that PREPA conspired with senior company managers
and Puerto Rico legislators to steal $100,000,000 per year from PREPA for over
a decade.  The criminal complaint alleges that PREPA, a number of major oil com-
panies along with Alixpartners and Hagens Bermen conspired with others to hide
the on-going criminal activity.

More information is expected to be released following a shareholders meeting in
late October, 2015.
